JARO offers a carnival platform that appropriately caters for the nuances of summer and winter athletic competitions to increase operational efficiencies, improve athlete retention and create a community of engaged fans.
JARO helps in the preparation of an athletics carnival:
1 Reminders
Automatic push notifications and/or emails are sent to athletes and registered members notifying them of upcoming events that are relevant to their preferences and history. If desired, JARO can outline how many athletes viewed the reminder and how many athletes re-registered using the reminder.
2 Events, athlete records & seeding
Concierge service for data entry, all of your carnival events and athlete details are uploaded for you. If desired JARO can appropriately seed the athletes in alignment with IAAF’s regulations, saving you time and energy (qualifying data must be provided).
3 Sports centric web presence
Create a social hub on your website where the athletic community can interact and compare past performances in a central location. Athletes, fans and members can follow specific athletes, disciplines, sub disciplines and groups to access information such as; live updates, records, photographs and other customised data.
JARO helps during an athletic carnival:
1 Electronic check in
Mobile app: Athletes pre-registered in an event confirm their attendance and/or scratch themselves from events via the club/school’s customised mobile app.
OR
Desktop: Administrators check in students and conduct on the day registrations and scratchings via their desktop.
2 Electronic scoring
Track results are automatically recorded within your web dashboard (integrate with software such as; photo finish and link) and field results are captured on your mobile device to stop the double handling of information
3 Live results
Share real time, live results of the carnival to your athletic community via your customised mobile app or website.
